You may be asked to provide TeamViewer access to your PC or Mac desktop to allow a Fitzpro helpdesk agent resolve an issue with that system on your network.
To do so, please take the following steps:
- Click to access Fitzpro's pre-configured TeamViewer host file here https://get.teamviewer.com/c2y5ktg
- Fitzpro's host file will automatically start to download, should it not load, simple click on the not loaded yet link to start the process:
- Open the application you downloaded and click Run or allow when prompted
- Give the Fitzpro helpdesk agent the long number in the Session Code field
